I just heard Taylor Swifts new song, “Shake It Off” today and like all her hits, I’m into it.

Here’s why:

1.) Her lyrics are always spot on with the story of my life.

2.) She’s getting back at all the haters and just ‘shakes off’ what gossip gets thrown her way.

3.) There is not one ounce of country music in this. I love her as a mainstream [pop] country singer but does this mean that she’s going full pop? Is she hinting at some R&B? Crazy, yet, so exciting. She rocked it.

4.) It’s going right on my running list.

5.) I’m just going to shake it off.
