One of my favorite ways to start my day off right is to wake up before the rest of the world, the rush of the day, and go on a nice run.  I’m out there with the few other people who know this secret, soaking up the necessary endorphins to enjoy the rest of the day.  Right as the sun is rising in the morning, its quiet, peaceful, and most of the time perfect weather.  Living right on the lake in Streeterville, I can go north on the lake towards the beaches or I can down the lake towards the Shedd Aquarium.  This week I got out at the perfect time going south on the lake and took some breathtaking photos at Monroe Harbor.
